How are costs calculated?

After an inspection, you receive a clear quotation based on the agreed scope, materials, access conditions, transport and disposal.

Is the initial enquiry free of charge?

Yes. The initial enquiry and an initial assessment are free of charge. Any chargeable planning work is agreed in advance.

Which areas do you serve?

Projects are accepted in Berlin, southern Berlin, Rangsdorf, Dahme-Spreewald, Luckau, Lübben, Lübbenau and nearby parts of Brandenburg.

Can materials and disposal be included?

Yes. Delivery, removal and professional disposal can be included transparently in the quotation.

Do you also undertake smaller jobs?

Yes. Small repairs and maintenance jobs are possible when they fit the schedule and service profile.

How can I receive an accurate quotation?

Send the location, a brief description, approximate dimensions and photographs. An on-site inspection is arranged where necessary.

What remains for free?

A first request, a short orientation interview and a simple offer for clearly described work are of course free of charge. This also applies to short, plannable initial visits in our regional operational area.

When does it become a project service?

Larger projects often need more than one price indication. If measurement, variant comparison, material research, quantity determination, supplier inquiries or a detailed calculation are required, we offer this work as an independent project service.

Important: Before costs arise, you will receive a clear description of services and an agreed price. Then you decide calmly.

Materials, machinery and rental equipment

Project-related materials, custom-made products, machines, rental and rental equipment, containers and third-party services are generally covered by an advance payment agreed in the offer.

The payment confirms the order. Upon receipt of the agreed amount on our account, you accept the previously submitted offer bindingly. No further written confirmation is required. Only then will material be ordered, equipment rented and the execution date agreed. The advance payment shall be charged in full to the contract.

If the payment is received later, availability, delivery date and start of execution can be postponed accordingly.

Short and direct coordination

Upon request, you will receive a short confirmation of receipt of payment. Schedules, availability, changes and the next steps of work will be agreed with you in good time – by telephone, WhatsApp or SMS.

Travel and site visits

Short, plannable first visits in the immediate area of application remain free of charge. For longer journeys or special individual journeys, we will inform you of a possible travel fee before the appointment confirmation. There are no unannounced travel costs.
