We only process personal data to the extent that this is necessary for the secure provision of this website, for the processing of inquiries or for the implementation of pre-contractual and contractual measures. This website is hosted at Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13-15, 06112 Halle (Saale). When the website is accessed, access and error logs are kept by the hosting provider. In particular, the following data can be processed:

- volume of data transmitted,
- referrer URL,
- browser type and browser version,

The processing takes place for the technically reliable delivery of the website, to ensure system security, to analyze errors and to prevent misuse of access. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional operation of our Internet offer.
According to Alfahosting, the IP address is anonymized after 24 hours by removing the last octet. The log data will be deleted after seven days at the latest. Longer storage in individual cases remains possible if it is necessary to clarify or defend against a specific security incident.
Alfahosting processes the data within the framework of hosting as a processor according to art. 28 GDPR.
4. Encrypted transmission
The website is provided exclusively encrypted via HTTPS. As a result, transmitted contents are protected from unauthorized reading during transmission.
5. Contact by email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or SMS, we will process the information you provide, in particular names, contact details, content of the request and, if applicable, project-related information in order to process your request.
The WhatsApp link opens the WhatsApp service you use. Only when you press the link and send a message will data be processed according to the terms of the service you have chosen. For particularly confidential information, please use telephone or a previously agreed transmission method.
If your request relates to the initiation or execution of a contract, is art. 6 par. Article 1 b GDPR the legal basis. For other requests, the processing takes place on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 letter f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the proper processing and answering of your request.
The data will be deleted as soon as the request has been finally processed and there are no legal storage obligations or other legitimate reasons for further storage. Commercial and tax documents are kept for the periods required by law.
Please note that ordinary e-mails on the transmission path are not necessarily end-to-end encrypted. Therefore, provide particularly confidential information only after prior vote.
6. Storage of unanswered questions
The searchable FAQ on the German page can store a question only when no prepared answer is available and the user submits it explicitly. No names, contact details, IP addresses, device identifiers or timestamps are stored with the question. Do not enter personal data in that field.
7. Cookies, local storage and audience measurement
This website uses no analytics, advertising trackers or social-media plugins. Display preferences selected in the voluntary German accessibility menu are stored only locally in the user's browser and are not transmitted to us or third parties.
8. Recipients of data
The recipient of personal data is Alfahosting GmbH as a processor within the framework of hosting. In addition, we only pass on data if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract, if there is a legal obligation, if you have consented or if the transfer is permitted on another legal basis.
9. Transfers to third countries
This website does not include services that specifically transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. In particular, neither Google Analytics nor New Relic nor comparable external analysis and monitoring services are used.
10. Retention period
If no special storage period is mentioned in this declaration, we only store personal data for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose. Subsequently, the data will be deleted or restricted in their processing, if statutory storage obligations conflict.

The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually required when simply visiting the website. The technically required connection data are automatically transmitted by the call.
